Good video on the issue with engineered wood floor joist. They are going to be around FF need to deal with them. They are great if they are protected by wallboard, drywall, home sprinklers etc. Biggest problem I can see is when they are unprotected. They are supposedly working on a fire retardant form of this product. Guess we will have to wait ans see?
